How Can Guests Play at Pickleball Hamilton?

Guests can enjoy playing at our courts by following a simple membership and booking process. Below is all the information you need to get started:

1. Obtain an Occasional Membership

• Purpose: Covers the cost of insurance for guests.

• How to Purchase:

  • Visit our Memberships Page.

  • Select the Occasional Membership (PH####), where #### represents the current year.

2. Booking Fees

• Cost: $5 + HST per 2-hour session.

• Note: This fee is in addition to the Occasional Membership.

3. Age Requirement

• Minimum Age: 18 years old.

4. When and Where You Can Book

Summer Season

• Booking Window:

  • Non-Prime Time Hours Only:

    • Weekdays: 12 PM – 6 PM

    • Weekends: 8 PM – 10 PM

• Court Availability:

  • Outdoor Courts Only

  • Subject to Availability: When no special events are scheduled.

• Special Perk:

  • Friends & Family Events:

    • Time: 4 PM – 6 PM on Saturdays and Sundays

    • Cost: Free with an Occasional Membership during the summer.

Winter Season

• Friends & Family Events:

  • Availability: Select times

  • Cost: $5 + HST per session to cover rental costs.

5. Requirements for Booking

• Membership Account:

  • Setup: Create a payment profile when setting up your membership.

• Session Registration:

  • Process: Register and pay for each session you plan to attend.

  • Note: Applies to all sessions beyond any included free passes.

6. How to Get Started

1. Visit the Memberships Page.

2. Choose the Occasional Membership (PH####):

   • Replace #### with the current year.

3. Optional Upgrade: Public Membership

   • Benefits: Includes all benefits of the Occasional Membership.

   • Additional Perk: Access to select prime-time drop-in play during the summer season.
