Derek and Jeff Morgan showed their skills by capturing the Silver medal in the 4.5 Open Division. These are fabulous accomplishments since the best players from the eastern part of Canada and the USA were present.
Also playing extremely well, Richard Stevens teamed up with his wife, Valentyna Stevens to win the Silver medal in Mixed Doubles Open 3.0 and with his brother Harry Stevens to win Silver in the 3.0 Men’s Doubles.
Marilyn Prowse and Gary Davies played well in Mixed Doubles and reached the medal round.
Linda Kawamoto and Valentyna Stevens won Silver in Ladies Open 3.0. They went undefeated in round robin play and then lost a tough game in the Gold Medal game.
Kitty Moore and Francoise Boulanger played in the Women’s Doubles Age Groups 65-69.
Marilyn Prowse and Carla Black played in the Women’s Doubles 50-59, playing well but losing in the Bronze Medal game.

Pickleball Hamilton players demonstrated this weekend that some of the best Pickleball players in Canada play and live in Hamilton.
New players are welcome to come out any day and learn the game from the best. Having fun is the main goal, winning medals is just a bonus.
